Elden Ring has been out for a few days now and players are busy unlocking its many mysteries. The world of Elden Ring is filled with secrets, and it’ll take many weeks for users to figure them out.

While Elden Ring shares its design blueprint with the Dark Souls franchise, it also implements a few stealth mechanics introduced in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The stealth in Elden Ring is fairly limited as players can mainly hide in bushes and crouch behind enemies. Elden Ring is missing a lot of features that are found in other stealth games but adding them probably conflicted with other mechanics that are central to From Software’s design. A hilarious image shows just how ridiculous its implementation can appear when using a strength-focused build in the game.

User Dinozarion posts an image of the player character hiding in a bush. Everything appears to be normal, except for the big sword hilariously sticking out from the bush. Dinozarion seems to be playing as a strength-based character and is equipping a weapon named Greatsword, which is identical to the one Guts uses in the Berserk manga. It requires 31 Strength and 12 Dexterity to be used effectively, so players will have to invest a lot of runes into leveling up the Strength attribute.

The sword looks unbelievably out of place, but enemies in Elden Ring still follow video-game logic and won’t notice it. The comments section is mostly filled with jokes and user AdrianDunmore has shared a video that shows the location of the weapon. Players can find it in a caravan northwest of the Caelem Ruins Site of Grace. It seems like the Greatsword is an excellent choice for strength builds, and many players are also sharing some stats and strategies that may help others.

Players can utilize a wide variety of weapons to fight the game’s many bosses. Elden Ring probably features the highest amount of build variety in any From Software game before it, and it seems like every tactic is viable to a certain degree. While magic can be overpowered, a lot of players presumably go for strength builds for their first playthrough of a new game in this genre.

Each class in Elden Ring has predetermined starting stats, but users can then freely spend points and progress towards their chosen build or playstyle. Players can also respec in Elden Ring with relative ease, although it can only be done after a certain point in the game.

Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
