An Elden Ring player manages to beat the Red Wolf of Radagon boss in one shot. There are plenty of build options in FromSoftware's expansive, open-world RPG, and some of these eventually give the player the power to blast through a lot of Elden Ring's bosses with relative ease, especially where New Game+ is concerned. However, to kill an Elden Ring boss in one shot is a rare find, even with these powerful builds is it is not often that one of the incredibly tough enemies in the game goes down so easily.

However, it has been shown time and time again through the Elden Ring players taking part in challenge runs that practically nothing in the game is impossible. While it might not be the most optimal way to play, it is entirely possible to beat every Elden Ring boss as a level 1 Wretch, for example. With the game being nearly nine months old, plenty of Elden Ring players have been running through the game with all sorts of ideas on how to make it more difficult or easy.

Still, to absolutely clobber a boss with one hit is an impressive feat, especially if the player does it unexpectedly. Reddit user Les_Waste showed in a clip how they managed to take out the Red Wolf of Radagon boss in one shot. Using the Flame, Grant Me Strength and Golden Vow incantations and drinking their Flask of Wondrous Physick, Les_Waste walks into the boss room and manages to take out the wolf with one cast of Pest Threads. This doesn't seem like a typical Elden Ring one-shot build, and Les_Waste explained in the comments section that they had only intended to get some big damage on the boss rather than kill it in a single hit.

The Red Wolf of Radagon boss appears in Elden Ring fairly early on, stopping the player from progressing further into Raya Lucaria Academy. While it first shows up as a boss, it later can be found in the overworld outside Nokron, the Eternal City and in the Moonlight Altar area, which are both accessed through Ranni's questline. The Red Wolf of Radagon can deal a great amount of damage to an Elden Ring player, but it isn't known to have an incredible amount of health, explaining why Les_Waste could kill it in one shot.

As mentioned, other Elden Ring players have managed to destroy the game's toughest enemies in one hit. One Tarnished even managed to one-shot Radagon, the namesake of the Red Wolf, and the Elden Beast on New Game+10. As Radagon and Elden Beast are two of Elden Ring's toughest bosses, and the final hurdle players have to overcome to get an ending, it seems especially impressive to one-shot both of these foes.

Elden Ring is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
