One of the best features of Elden Ring is its open world, where many tales are being told within its vast lands. Among the many tales to tell, there’s one of an abandoned village, ravaged by the chaos of the Cursemongers. The Village of the Albinaurics is a mysterious location filled with death and suffering.
The journey to this place can be tedious for players without a map vision, so collecting the Liurnia of the Lakes map fragments can be useful. Bringing reliable Spirit Ashes can also help make the visit easier, as there’s a boss fight within the village borders.
How To Get To Village of the Albinaurics In Elden Ring
The closest Site of Lost Grace that players can teleport to is the Liurnia Lake Shore site south of Liurnia. Tarnished are recommended to summon Torrent the Spirit Horse as it's much faster to travel with it. Now, keep riding northwest while sticking to the wall of the cliff on the left.
There are many enemies scattered around the swamp where players will start the journey to the Village of the Albinaurics. To make the travel less tedious, just ignore them and dodge their attacks. When the swamp turns murky, there should be a slope nearby that leads upward. Climbing it it will lead to the village.
The first indicator that players have reached the Village is the many corpses hanging from wooden poles. This is the entrance to the Village of the Albinaurics. Walk forward until Tarnished comes across a white spectral, praying in front of a well. Ignore it and walk around it to light the Site of Lost Grace. Players are now free to explore the village without worrying about dying.
Venturing further into the Village, Elden Ring players have to defeat the Perfumer enemy. After killing them, Tarnished will face two paths:
- A bridge to the left
- A path behind the shack
Take the path behind the shack and keep moving forward until the sound of whimpers can be heard. However, if players try to find the source of the noise, they’ll find no one in the area.
That's because the NPC is actually disguising themself as a big pot. Hit the pot and the whimpering villager will appear. Speak with them and they’ll beg Tarnished to take the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) and give it to Latenna.
After taking the Medallion, turn back and cross the bridge to the other side. Tarnished will encounter a field boss called Omenkiller. It’s a fairly easy battle, especially since summoning Spirit Ashes is available in this boss fight. Upon defeating the Elden Ring field boss, players will be rewarded with 4900 Runes and the Crucible Knot Talisman.
