Where To Find The Giant Crusher Colossal Hammer In Elden Ring

Elden Ring Giant Crusher Location

Those that want to get their hands on this imposing crushing weapon early may be disappointed to find out it's discovered in a pretty difficult mid-to-late game area. Thankfully, it's "out in the open" for players to discover, but getting to the zone will require players to deal with another rather difficult boss, or travel to great lengths to collect a Key Item. Those that think they can handle the might of Magma Wyrm Makar and his punishing fire attacks can make their way to the Ruin Strewn-Precipice and do battle with the boss at the top of the area, granting them access to Altus Plateau shortly after. Players that want to take a less punishing approach can find the twin pieces of the Dectus Medallion and ride the Grand Lift of Dectus to the Altus Plateau proper.

Once players are in Altus Plateau, they'll need to ride to the South-Eastern part of the map, just outside Leyndell, Royal Capital at the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace. From this Site of Grace, players can head directly South until they run into an encampment. It's suggested to take great caution as players get close, as a massive and frustrating field boss is laying dormant in the center of the circular camp.

The good thing is that it's entirely possible to sneak past the boss and head to the nearby large cart to grab the Giant Crusher. Players that don't want to tangle with the flailing Ulcerated Tree Spirit can simply sneak towards the cart, jump onto the back of it, and open the waiting chest to snag the colossal hammer. That said, those that can brave the fight against the often-frustrating boss will receive a Golden Seed if they manage to defeat it.
