An unfortunate Elden Ring gamer tries to escape the Godskin Noble but dies tragically despite their best efforts. Elden Ring is a massive game that provides unmatched freedom to players who want to explore the Lands Between in search of the most fearsome enemies. Unsurprisingly, gamers die multiple times during their adventures, sometimes in heartbreaking ways, like the Elden Ring player who died right before reaching a new Site of Grace.
Furthermore, Elden Ring boss fights are enthralling and keep gamers on the edge of their seats. Many players have reported dying at the hands of bosses with nearly zero HP, making it a common theme in Malenia, Godfrey, and Maliketh boss fights. Another boss with a reputation for terrorizing Elden Ring players is Godskin Noble, who also appears as a regular enemy in the game's later stages. Now, one Elden Ring gamer has shared their experience of facing the Godskin Noble in a Reddit video.
Reddit user O_DylanDeAstora uploaded a video showing their misfortunes while fighting the Godskin Noble, a large humanoid enemy that wields a giant thrusting sword. Godskin Noble is a Great Enemy type optional boss specializing in Black Flame magic. The video begins with the O_DylanDeAstora's character attacking the Elden Ring enemy with magic, who appears to have half HP. A few seconds in, Godskin Noble performs its most deadly and frustrating attack, called Godskin Wheel, where the boss bloats its size and rolls violently on its side.
When the user sees the attack building up, they immediately retreat to avoid the destruction. They even summon Torrent and sprint vociferously in the opposite direction of the fierce Elden Ring enemy. At the same time, Godskin Noble is charging at the player at full speed while performing the Godskin Wheel attack. Shockingly, Godskin Noble catches up with the player, trampling and killing them, despite their best attempts to get as far away from the fight as possible. The Elden Ring community on Twitter sympathized with the original poster but advised them to invest runes in Endurance for more stamina.
O_DylanDeAstora's video is a prime example that shows the efficacy of the Godskin Wheel attack. Along with Malenia's Waterfowl Dance, it is considered one of the most frustrating attacks as it is very challenging to avoid and can easily one-shot most players. It should be noted that Elden Ring has four Godskin Nobles scattered throughout the Lands Between in Spiritcaller's Cave, Crumbling Farum Azula, Volcano Manor, and Carian Study Hall.
