The Flock's Canvas is a Talisman that can be obtained after finishing a certain NPC questline in Elden Ring. Talismans are accessories that resemble Rings in Dark Souls 3, which can be equipped to grant various effects. These accessories can be either dropped from enemies, purchased from merchants or offered as rewards from an NPC quest.
The Flock's Canvas Talisman is a great addition to Tarnished that heavily rely on Incantations. Elden Ring players might want to consider completing Millicent's quest to be rewarded with the Flock's Canvas Talisman.
How To Get Flock’s Canvas Talisman In Elden Ring
To get the Flock's Canvas Talisman, players must complete the last step of Millicent's questline in Elden Ring. It doesn't matter if Tarnished choose to go against Millicent or help her, they can obtain the Talisman either way.
To complete Millicent's questline:
- Speak with Gowry in his shack, northeast Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank Site of Lost Grace
- Find the Unalloyed Gold Needle and give it to him
- Reload the area and take the repaired needle from Gowry
- Give it to Millicent in the Church of the Plague
- Find the Valkyrie's Prosthesis and give it to her in Altus Plateau
- Speak with her in the Dominula, Windmill Village
- Exhaust Millicent's dialogue in the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins
- Talk with her again in the Prayer Room in Elphael Brace of the Haligtree
- Defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit mini-boss
- Reload the area to find two summon signs: red and gold
Depending on which sign players choose, there are two methods to get the Flock's Canvas Talisman.
If players interact with the gold summon sign, they'll be taken to Millicent's world to help her defeat her four sisters:
- Mary, The Eldest Sister
- Maureen, Second Sister
- Amy, Third Sister
- Polyanna, The Youngest Sister
Upon beating them, reload the area and speak with Millicent.
After Millicent's death, go back to Gowry's Shack in Caelid and chat with Gowry. Reload the area to find the man dead and collect the Flock's Canvas Talisman and Gowry's Bell Bearing from his body.
If he's not dead, Tarnished may also kill him. Do not attempt to kill him before completing the final step in the Elden Ring questline. Otherwise, he won't drop anything.
On the other hand, if players choose to help Millicent's sisters, they'll be summoned as Invaders to kill Millicent. When the fight is done, head to Gowry's Shack where his corpse awaits with the Flock's Canvas Talisman and Gowry's Bell Bearing.
The Flock's Canvas Talisman is equipped to greatly increase the potency of Incantations. This Talisman is crucial for Elden Ring players with Faith builds, as it increases the power of Incantations by 8%. Additionally, it can be stacked with other Incantations buffs like the Holy-Shrouding Cracked Tear in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
