FromSoftware's Elden Ring arguably had one of the best video game trailers showcased in E3 2021. Talked about by many gamers online after its showcase, Elden Ring seems to have sprouted an even bigger cult following overnight. Now, fan art of the action role-playing title is also popping up, with one fan redrawing a brief scene from the trailer, but from a first-person perspective.

Elden Ring was first announced in E3 2019, but not much fanfare seemed to have been created back then. Now, with several videos from the developers outlining much of Elden Ring's details and gameplay, fans are likely anticipating the game's release in 2022. What's more, many are likely curious about the kind of video game narrative will be created by George R.R. Martin, the author famous for the series A Song of Ice and Fire. With so much information to go on, and more online hype to share within the community, it is no surprise that fans have broken down the trailer and cherry-picked their favorite parts, eventually making their own content from these pieces.

On the Elden Ring subReddit, user x0madara0x shared their original artwork depicting a specific scene from the E3 2021 trailer of Elden Ring. In it, he drew one of the foes of the protagonist, a red-headed female enemy that mercilessly speared through the player's character in the trailer. However, x0madara0x drew their artwork from a first-person perspective, allowing viewers to witness the scene through the eyes of the protagonist. Many fans of the trailer likely remembered this specific female foe, given that she had flaming red hair and was the only seemingly human-like enemy showcased in the footage.

Users on the Reddit thread gave out very enthusiastic replies about x0madara0x's work. Some even shared their love for the female enemy, even though she brutally tore through the protagonist in her scene in the trailer. With the kind of reaction fans had to the art, it is possible that this Elden Ring female enemy will produce an online phenomenon much like Resident Evil Village's Lady Dimitrescu, back when she was first revealed.

With only six months left in 2021, Elden Ring fans will only have to wait a little longer until the game is released in 2022. Until that time, interested gamers can continue to go through the official footage shared by the developers, and the unique content produced by their fellow fans, to temporarily sate their lust for Elden Ring.

Elden Ring will be released on January 21, 2022 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
