One Elden Ring player has seemingly mastered the game's combat as they've completed the entire thing with just their bare fists. Elden Ring is a vast game full of various enemies and hundreds of bosses. Players often choose a particular Elden Ring weapon and build their character around it. Strength-based gamers go for colossal weapons like the Dragon Greatclaw and Giant Crusher, while mages focus more on spells and incantations.

Regardless, almost every player wields at least one weapon while making their way across The Lands Between. Even the great Let Me Solo Her is known for dual-wielding katanas with minimal armor. Now, one Elden Ring gamer has decided to take it further by refusing weapons altogether and using only their bare fists to complete the game.

Twitter user GinoMachino uploaded a video where they can be seen fighting the final Elden Ring boss, The Elden Beast. The interesting thing about this battle is that the user is fighting unarmed, relying on their bare fists to inflict damage. The video shows the player dodging a few oncoming attacks from The Elden Beast before waiting for an opportune moment to land a few punches. The user lands devastating blows, after which the final Elden Ring boss is defeated. GinoMachino claims they completed the entire game this way and are the first person to beat Elden Ring with bare fists, which is yet to be officially confirmed.

Furthermore, the original poster also mentioned the entire run took them 58 hours, and they are upset it's over. However, they didn't clarify how many side bosses they faced during this Elden Ring run, if at all. Many Twitter users were curious whether GinoMachino defeated Malenia, arguably the most brutal boss, with bare fists. This is because she's in a secret area called Miquella's Haligtree, which is not required for the main story. Some people urged them to do the complete run without getting hit, while others wanted a video showing other Elden Ring bosses they encountered during their play. Nevertheless, the Elden Ring community on Reddit applauded the original poster for completing the game with bare fists.

It is hard to understand what motivates Elden Ring players like GinoMachino, who complete the game under unusual circumstances. Meanwhile, some gamers focus more on side quests than the main story, like the Elden Ring fan who completed Ranni's quest 50 times and has 50 Dark Moon Greatswords. It should be noted that Elden Ring's massive scope intrigues gamers to try different techniques, and each playthrough feels like an entirely new experience.

Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
