It's incredible to see how much fan content has surfaced online in the months since Elden Ring was first released. From all sorts of fan art to the multitude of gameplay clips, Elden Ring fans have found a plethora of creative ways to express their admiration for the game. Though, one of the most recent examples diverges quite a bit from the kind of content that came before it.

One key facet that a lot of fans can sometimes forget about when it comes to Elden Ring is the sheer variance of content that's available for players to experience. Given that this is the first FromSoftware title to possess an open-world design, the level of agency and resources that players can find within Elden Ring is extremely multifaceted. To the point where one player even managed to recreate one of the most iconic cartoon openings of all time using nothing but Elden Ring assets.

Over on Reddit, a user named Elden_Lord_69420 managed to recreate the opening of Avatar: The Last Airbender by creating characters that are meant to resemble the various benders that populate the series. The user even spliced in footage from the actual opening to Avatar: The Last Airbender into the parody video at certain points.

Not only is this a faithful recreation of a beloved cartoon intro, but it also speaks volumes in terms of just how much Elden Ring has to offer its player base. To the point where not only does each character seen in the video use elemental attacks just like in Avatar: The Last Airbender, but the player even managed to find outfits in Elden Ring that similarly reflect how benders from the various nations dress.

It's amazing how players have managed to pull from Elden Ring and create entirely new pieces of content. Some of which can be quite unique and personal in ways that other Elden Ring fans might not expect. For example, one player received a custom plaque that commemorated beating Malenia after 206 attempts from their roommate.

In any case, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Elden Ring going forward. While FromSoftware has yet to confirm any DLC for Elden Ring, given the studio's previous track record with regard to DLC, it's likely that Elden Ring will receive some sort of additional content at some point. It's also important for fans to keep in mind that Elden Ring has only been out for a couple of months and a DLC campaign will take at least several subsequent months of development.

Elden Ring is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
