Due to coronavirus concerns, EA has canceled live events for titles like Apex Legends and FIFA 20. In their place, the company has started a "Stay Home, Play Together" initiative that will offer events and livestreams for players to take part in across its many active titles.

In a press release sent out earlier today, EA brought special attention to a FIFA 20 'Stay and Play Cup' that will be streamed between April 15 and April 19th on the game's official Twitch channel to support Global Giving's Coronavirus Relief Fund. EA will also be donating $1 million to "support immediate and long-term relief and recovery in vulnerable communities" as part of this event.

Some other events highlighted in the press release are a week-long series of Twitch streams for The Sims 4 that began on April 6, and various online tournament dates for the Apex Legends Global Series. The full list of "Stay Home, Play Together" events, including those which have already been held like a Madden NFL 20 tournament, is available on EA's website.
