Last week, the Microsoft Store hosted a sale that offered huge discounts on some of Capcom's biggest franchises such as Resident Evil, Monster Hunter, and Devil May Cry. Unfortunately, the Capcom publisher sale has already ended, but Microsoft is now offering several of EA's best games for cheap, with discounts up to 75% off on select titles.

Headlining Microsoft's EA Publisher sale is Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which was released last November. The game is available for $44.99, which is 25% off its original list price of $59.99. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order revolves around the story of Cal Kestis, who is struggling to survive after the fall of the Jedi Order as he is being pursued by the Empire. Immediately after its release last year, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order became a global phenomenon, which prompted Disney to seek more partnerships with game developers.

Another huge EA game that is currently available for cheap right now is the long-running life simulation game, The Sims 4. The game is available for $9.99, which is 75% cheaper than its original list price of $39.99. Despite releasing six years ago, The Sims 4 is still popular among dedicated fans of the longstanding franchise. With numerous expansion packs and content packs under its belt, many are wondering what's next for The Sims 4. In a recent EA conference call for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2020, CEO Andrew Wilson talked about the possibility of a multiplayer component in The Sims in the future.

Lastly, racing game fans will be happy to know that Need for Speed Heat is currently available for cheap at the Microsoft Store. The game is priced at $29.99, which is 50% less than its original price of $59.99. Earlier this month, developer Ghost Games introduced an update in Need For Speed Heat that allows in-game gas stations to fix cosmetic bumps and scrapes in the player's car rather than just fixing its performance.
