Although Nintendo doesn't actually take the big stage at E3 like the Xbox Briefing and some other publishers, the company still always has a strong presence and makes some exciting announcements during a Nintendo Direct. Things are no different this year and Nintendo has scheduled a Direct for Tuesday afternoon with around 40 minutes of updates, trailers, and reveals.

Fans of Nintendo and the Switch are keeping their fingers crossed that this Direct will finally give a closer look at the Animal Crossing game that had been teased with a 2019 release window. Aside from that, there will likely be new information about Daemon X Machina, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Luigi's Mansion 3, and the upcoming remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening.

That's a lot to get through before the Nintendo Treehouse event takes over, so fans should be in for an action-packed Direct. Hopefully there will be a few surprises as well that hint at what Nintendo has in store a bit further into the future.

After the substantial Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield event just a week or so ago, it will be interesting to see how much time Nintendo spends on that game during this event. Hopefully it already had its chance in the spotlight and this 40 minutes or so will be dedicated to other announcements.

Be sure to check in throughout the rest of the week for more E3 2019 leaks, news, and updates. Until then, enjoy the stream!
