Ubisoft is coming to this year's E3 guns blazing as they kick off their 25th anniversary celebration by treating gamers to new entries in some of their best franchises along with a couple of new IPs. Assassin's Creed Revelations is going to be finally putting an end to Ezio's semi-charmed (and tragic) life rising the ranks of the Assassin Order, while consistently delayed Ghost Recon Future Soldier will be making yet another showing at this year's E3, hopefully with confirmation of release date.

Other big titles to be shown at the conference are Driver San Francisco, Call of Juarez: The Cartel, and Rayman Origins. Origins should also be getting some clarification regarding its release, as a previously unmentioned Wii release seems to be confirmed making an Xbox Live and PSN unlikely.

This year's Ubisoft's Press Conference will be a good one, and you can follow along with our live coverage of the conference here starting at 5:30 EST.
