If you're like me in that you prefer the high-powered long range sniper rifles in first-person and third-person shooters, then City Interactive has the perfect game for you: Sniper: Ghost Warrior.

On hand at E3 2010, City Interactive demonstrated the latest trailer for Sniper: Ghost Warrior which acted more as a video guide/walk-through, detailing not only the functionality and realism of sniping in this title, but the graphics and features of the game.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior allows you to play as both the sniper and the spotter as a member of an elite sniper team sent to a Latin America country to aid a group of rebel fighters as they attempt to take back their government. And of course, the game will let you play with some neat toys, including the Heckler & Koch MSG-90 and Stoner SR-25.

I'll definitely be checking this game out and if you're sniper by habit when you play other FPS games, you should too.

If you missed it, here's the Sniper: Ghost Warrior trailer that debuted in April:

Does a game based purely on sniper rifles and the tactics surrounding its optimal use garner your interest?

Sniper: Ghost Warrior is developed and published by City Interactive and debuts on the PC and Xbox 360 on June 25th in Europe and June 29th in North America.
