Dying Light quickly earned a reputation for being a fluid and fun zombie survival game thanks to its engaging combat and parkour mechanics when it launched back in 2015. Dying Light 2 developer Techland confirmed last month that the beloved game's highly anticipated sequel would be making an appearance at E3 this year, making it one of the most anticipated games of E3 2019. It seems that Square Enix has now partnered with Techland to distribute the game in the Americas, and will be showcasing the game during its E3 panel this year - making Square Enix's panel even more of a must-watch.

The Square Enix official Twitter  account announced the partnership with Techland Thursday morning, and confirmed that Dying Light 2 would be appearing alongside many other highly anticipated titles at its E3 2019 panel. Fans are finally going to see a lot more of the game and hopefully a release window come E3 2019.

Techland is putting a lot of time and effort into delivering a high quality and fitting sequel to Dying Light, and it seems that Dying Light 2 will be packed with a lot more content than the first game held. According to Dying Light 2 producer Kornel Jaskula, Dying Light 2 will feature a ton of replayability through story and gameplay choices that will keep players engaged. The big goal it seems is to keep players wanting to come back to play Dying Light 2 again and again through multiple playthroughs.

With titles like Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Dying Light 2, and many more, Square Enix is certainly aiming to make a big splash at this year's E3 showcase. While many eyes are on the new Square Enix Avengers game that will be making its debut at E3, It's clear that Square Enix is bringing a lot of different games that fans of nearly any genre will enjoy. Hopefully during the showcase Square Enix will give fans some idea as to when many of these hit games, Dying Light 2 included, will be hitting stores.

Dying Light 2 is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
