Critically-acclaimed first-person shooter Dusk may finally be making its way to PlayStation consoles, according to a recent leak. Dusk is a throwback first-person shooter game with a horror theme that takes clear inspiration from the biggest FPS games of the 90s.

With a retro art style and action-packed gameplay, Dusk has earned rave reviews from critics for its initial release as well as its Nintendo Switch port. The Nintendo Switch port of Dusk launched in 2021, two years after it was confirmed that console versions were on the way, but the game still has yet to make its debut on PlayStation or Xbox consoles. Now it seems that may finally be changing, at least when it comes to the potential PlayStation version of the game.

As spotted by Comic Book, a PlayStation Store listing for Dusk is now live. The PlayStation store listing for Dusk includes a brief blurb about the game, reiterating its story and how it takes inspiration from old-school FPS games. Some of the weapons are mentioned as well, with players having access to sickles, sword, crossbows, rifles, shotguns, grenades, rocket launchers, and more. What the listing doesn't include is a release date, so it's unclear exactly when Dusk will actually be making its long-awaited debut on PlayStation, but hopefully fans don't have to wait too much longer.

Dusk has an 89 overall critic rating, which actually makes it one of the highest-rated first-person shooter games of the last five years. Its audience has been limited by virtue of it only being available for PC and Nintendo Switch, but if this PlayStation port comes to pass, it should introduce many more FPS fans to the game. There are no similar leaks for a potential Xbox version of Dusk, but hopefully that comes in the near future.

When the console versions of Dusk were first announced, it was promised that the game would also be receiving a New Game Plus mode and co-op. If this PlayStation Store leak is an indication that Dusk is finally coming to all consoles, one has to wonder if these features will be part of the package. No official announcements have been made at the time of this writing, but hopefully fans don't have to wait too much longer to find out more.

Anyone that can't wait for the PlayStation or Xbox versions of Dusk can try the game out on PC or the Nintendo Switch in the meantime.
