Dungeons and Dragons is crafted to bring out the creativity of players. Everything is run by those who are playing, allowing for a special level of freedom that most other games do not have. Dungeons and Dragons is about letting the mind run free, making every session played unique from any other.

The tabletop RPG also helps manifest creativity outside the game as players come up with craft projects inspired by Dungeons and Dragons. This includes custom dice to use when playing, clothing that displays the fact that someone is part of a party, and more. There are many ways for gamers to express their love for Dungeons and Dragons and take pride in their geeky lifestyle.

A Redditor known as NoFreeSamplesYo shared a small clip showcasing a lamp that they made to be shaped like a D20. In the short video, the lamp is shown from a variety of angles. The work shines in a rainbow of beautiful colors when it is turned on, casting the shadows of the numbers and borders of the die onto the wall behind it. The D20 sits on a wooden base that features a turn knob that functions as an on/off switch and dimmer control.

NoFreeSamplesYo sells the lamp on their Etsy page under the store front TheLucidBazaar. The D20 piece is just one of a number of different lamps that the seller makes, along with stickers, magnets, shirts, and more.

The D20 lamp has garnered a number of fans on Reddit. Many have called the piece beautiful, and stated that they would love to have one. One commenter says that they are currently working on a similar project, while another mentions that the lamp is straight out of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. There was also a user that joked about hearing glass shatter and knowing that someone had rolled their lamp.

NoFreeSamplesYo is not the only one getting creative with dice. A Redditor going by the name togebeep shared a clip showing off liquid-core dice that they had made. In the video, a D20 is shown rolling, showcasing the liquid in the center of the die moving, which continues even after it stops rolling. When the core moves, it shimmers in a range of colors including gold, green, and red, and is made from a combination of glycerin, water, and different glitters. According to the maker, the dice are as balanced as a normal set as the liquid center has a similar weight to a set that are solid inside. Either way, the die looks beautiful, and would be nice for anyone who is into Dungeons and Dragons.
