Dreams, the newest title by LittleBigPlanet developer Media Molecule, is set to release in February. But before then, the early access version on PlayStation 4 has been helping players make their dreams come true; whether those dreams be living in the fantastical world of Middle Earth or having a nice, hearty breakfast.

John Beech, Senior Principal Designer at Media Molecule, posted images of a "full English breakfast" he created through Dreams on Twitter Thursday (which has since become his pinned tweet). He also linked to the delectable creation's web page under username THE_ARCH1TECT, where it has been used by over 1,100 players and received over 750 thumbs up.

For the uninitiated, Dreams is a suite of robust creation and sharing tools capable of facilitating anything from developing smaller games, composing music, painting, and far more. Even before its official release, the title has proven to be in the same vein as other open-concept creation games like Minecraft, Garry's Mod, or even the deceptively complex Super Mario Maker 2: Very much thriving on the imagination of its players.

The game has gone through various beta and early access stages over the last couple years, but was finally given a February release date during Sony's State of Play in December.

Beech's breakfast sculpt comes from a small competition against three members of the Dreams community, who all created equally realistic and delicious-looking plates of food. The poll set up underneath that Tweet on December 31 had over 1,200 participants with 12 hours remaining to vote as of this writing — and Beech's creation had a landslide 83 percent lead.

However, take that lead with a grain of salt. It's unclear how much of it was influenced by Beech telling the world which creation was his before voting closed.

Whether or not his follow-up posts had a big impact on the poll, it's undeniable how impressive all of the submissions are. Dreams has proven itself to be a powerful game design tool through fans who have done things like remake Metal Gear Solid, but the level of sheer detail people are able to achieve with a small, focused goal shows the game's potential as an artistic tool as well. It's reminiscent of all those food-preparing clips from Studio Ghibli films — almost unattainably appetizing.

Even those skeptical about the edibility of digitally-sculpted foodstuff can find their cup of tea through the seemingly endless examples of the prowess of Dreams online. Perhaps it's a recreated version of the E3 2019 Final Fantasy VII demo. If nothing else, bringing in some of these creative fans to prove the game's capabilities before launch is a brilliant marketing scheme.

Dreams will be released for PlayStation 4 on February 14, 2020.
