On the livestream, Square Enix debuted the trailer for Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, giving fans a preview of the fantastical story that the anime will embark on. On top of that, they revealed the voice actors for five other characters that will also star in the show besides Dai, named Popp, Maam, Leona, Avan, and Hyunckel. The anime is set to release in October 2020.

On top of giving fans new information on the anime, Square Enix also gave a closer look into the supporting Dragon Quest games that will accompany it.
