Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has a secret boss lurking in the shadows of its endgame. The boss is Mira, which fans of the extended universe are sure to recognize. To say Mira is tough would be an understatement, and to be sure, unlocking him isn't a walk in the park either, as players have to utilize every aspect of their skill set to get there.

Before Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players can face off against Mira, they'll first have to defeat every single Villainous Enemy that the game has to offer. As if that wasn't tough enough, they'll need to defeat Vegito and Gotenks thereafter and bring both of them down. To prepare for all of these challenging battles, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players will need to be more prepared than ever.

Train Hard, Win Big

If players want any chance of beating either Vegito or Gotenks, they'll first need to ensure that they've learned the Mastery Skills necessary. One of these Mastery Skills that is commonly hailed for how it drastically empowers Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players is self-medication. This skill will heal Goku's health while Surge is active.

If Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players want any chance at getting this skill, they'll first have to push their training room to the highest level. Players should also be at least level 80 before facing Vegito and Gotenks, as they'll both be level 100, and should also ensure they've unlocked as many super powerful attacks as possible.

Vegito & Gotenks

Before players will be able to face Vegito & Gotenks, they'll first need to ensure that they've defeated every villainous enemy in the game. To say that Vegito and Gotenks are tough enemies would be a huge understatement. Both of them are level 100 and could push Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players to Dark Souls levels of frustration.

To best these two, it is recommended that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players first focus on Gotenks. Between Vegito and Gotenks, Gotenks has the lowest level of HP and defense, meaning he will go down the fastest. Players should be wary when facing Gotenks, as he utilizes skills like Galactic Donuts which can devastate players with its stun effect.

If players do it right, Gotenks should go down without them having to break too much of a sweat. Once Gotenks is down, players can face off against Vegito.

Mira, The Secret Boss

The battle against Mira is being hailed by Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot fans as a welcome tip of the hat to fans of the extended franchise universe. Mira is level 100, and the fight against him will be a long one as he possesses 5 million HP and can therefore take a serious beating. Players should resist the urge to rush him for a surprise attack as such.

Mira's attacks are also extremely punishing. Before players even consider facing off against him, it is widely recommended that they be at least level 80. At this point in the game, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players will have faced a wide variety of challenges, but they should be able to take this fight on.

This fight is notably longer than any other as Mira has a ton of health. Players should keep an eye on their Ki bar at all times, just so they can ensure that they're playing in Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, or the like.

Mira possesses a dark Kamehameha, which has an extremely large blast range. What Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players should do is use at least one special attack like a Super Kamehameha in order to counter Mira's dark Kamehameha. This will counter the attack and send it back to Mira.

Regarding Goku's allies, it is considered wise before facing Mira to arm them with crippling attacks. These can include Sunbite, for example, and should be utilized to their fullest potential. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players should just be sure to stick with what they're most comfortable with and utilize every ability as much as possible. Once Mira is defeated, players should give themselves a pat on the back, and then set their eyes on the many challenging trophies that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has to offer.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
