With Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 having just recently released the contents of its latest and last DLC in DB Super Pack 4, Bandai Namco Entertainment decided that the assets were worth celebrating by releasing an official launch trailer for the expansion. With this being the case, fans of the fighting game would do well to check out the footage, as it contains a high dose of action that only the anime series can deliver.
As seen below in the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DB Super Pack 4 launch trailer, the fourth and final DLC adds incredibly powerful characters to the game, with Fused Zamasu and Vegito Blue making their way onto the roster, for example. Not to mention, the expansion incorporates the new “Warrior of Hope” storyline, an extra stage, three Parallel Quests, five additional skills, four additional costumes, and six Super Souls.
Those who wish to obtain Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's DB Super Pack 4 on its own can do so for $10, while it's also available alongside the three previously released DLC packs for $30 in the fighting game's Season Pass. Without a doubt, snagging all of the add-ons in one fell swoop offers the most bang for one's buck, but there could very well be fans out there who are solely interested in DB Super Pack 4's "Fight of the Fusions" content, which justifies DB Super Pack 4 being offered as a standalone purchase.
Even if there are fans of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 out there who don't intend on buying the latest DLC pack, it's important to note that all owners of the release will still be able to get a bunch of additional costumes and attacks from the game's TP Medal Shop. As it so happens, two new Raid Quest bosses have also been added to the title at no additional cost to players.
Taking all of this into account, although Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's DB Super Pack 4 is the last DLC pack for the game, it will likely sate owners of the title for a decent amount of time, at least until Arc System Works' Dragon Ball FighterZ arrives to give fans of the overall franchise a different style of 2.5-D fighting action. And with the title set to launch for Nintendo Switch this fall, one can only hope that the developer Dimps will have all of the post-launch materials released thus far ready to go when its released for the console.
