Rather than allowing players to control powerful Saiyans like Goku and Vegeta, Dragon Ball: The Breakers places survivors into the shoes of regular everyday characters. These will typically be player-created human characters, though it's also possible to play as Bulma and Oolong with the help of skins. Better still, these skins usually have unique active abilities attached to them.

Initially, the Bulma and Oolong skins were given away to those who helped out with Beta testing. Now that the game has been officially released though, the two skins have become standard and are available to every player from the moment they first boot up the game. They'll first need to figure out how to use skins in Dragon Ball: The Breakers, but this is thankfully relatively straightforward.

How to Play as Bulma and Oolong in Dragon Ball: The Breakers

To play as Bulma or Oolong, players will simply need to pause the game while in the hub world and select the "Battle Settings" options. They'll then want to enter the "Survivor" tab, where they'll see their created character at the top of the screen followed by any skins that they have unlocked. From there, it's a simple case of choosing the one that they want and then scrolling down to the "Skills" tab to make sure that they have the best ones equipped.

Both characters have two unique skills, though which are more useful will likely depend on playstyle. Oolong can either Change into a missile to escape from the raider or Change into a Prop Hunt-style object to blend in with the scenery and avoid detection. Bulma, on the other hand, is able to throw out a Capsule with a motorbike inside or can strike a Charming Pose with which to distract the raider and open them up for an attack.

Other Skins in Dragon Ball: The Breakers

Bulma and Oolong aren't the only skins available in Dragon Ball: The Breakers. Another one was added as part of the Season 1 Dragon Tier, though players will need to reach Tier 50 in order to unlock the Farmer skin. As for future skins, there's still no word on what the Season 2 skin will be at the time of writing, though, given how many characters there are in the Dragon Ball universe, there are plenty of options for the game's developers to choose from.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers is available on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
