Dragon Age 2 Achievement List

Dragon Age 2 is going to be in many gaming consoles and computers in under a month, so BioWare thought it all well and good to release the achievement list for the sequel to Dragon Age: Origins. 50 total achievements, 5 of them secret, and adding up to the standard of 1000 achievement points.

Beware, though, the achievement list will contain minor spoilers and if you want the achievements to be as fresh as the game when you first play it, you may want to skip it.

The achievement list does bear a resemblance to the achievements made available in Mass Effect 2, including things like finding codex entries and completing the game with an imported character from Dragon Age: Origins.

How will your imported character make a difference seeing as you’re an entirely new person? BioWare is still scant on details regarding that matter, unfortunately. A possible level cap of 20 is also revealed through the achievements, meaning Hawke’s rise to greatness didn’t take him all that long, after all.

It also appears that, again, like Mass Effect 2, each NPC party member will have his/her own armor that will be retained throughout the game, except it can be upgraded this time around.

With revamped combat, a larger world, and plenty of rewards to unlock via other games (like Dead Space 2), Dragon Age 2 is going to be an extensive experience for any fan of Dragon Age, or role playing games at all.

Does the achievement list give you any insight on what to expect from the title?

Dragon Age 2 will be available on March 8, 2011 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
