5 Taiju Oki
Taiju Oki is a secondary protagonist in Dr. Stone who, alongside Senku, aims to de-petrify all humans. He worked undercover for the Kingdom of Science after joining the Tsukasa Empire but was later made the leader of the Farming Division upon rejoining the Kingdom of Science.

4 Magma

Despite his merciless streak, Magma comes to respect Senku for his innovative ideas and joins the Kingdom of Science. In terms of physical ability, Magma possesses incredible strength and stamina, as demonstrated in his victory over Kinro during the Village Games despite enduring a barrage of attacks.
3 Kohaku

Kohaku, daughter of Kokuyo and younger sister to Ruri, is highly skilled in battle, hunting, and survival and is well-known throughout the village for her abilities. She solidified her position as the strongest fighter in Ishigami Village by defeating Magma during the village games.
Kohaku primarily contributes through her physical labor and battle skills to aid the Kingdom of Science. What makes her stand out is her impressive speed and dexterity, as well as her quick reflexes which allow her to unleash rapid attacks using both her blades and kicks. Despite her hotheadedness, she has a sharp instinct and excels at accurately discerning information and situations.
2 Hyoga
Hyoga was revived by Tsukasa and quickly rose to become an elite member of the Tsukasa Empire. He eventually betrays Tsukasa, resulting in his defeat and imprisonment by the Kingdom of Science. 1 Tsukasa
Tsukasa aimed to reduce the human population so as to create a new world without modern technology, making him the antagonist of several early arcs. Despite his violent tendencies, Tsukasa is cautious and thoughtful in his actions and is polite and kind outside of his negative views on humanity.
Tsukasa's fighting ability is considered to be far superior to other characters. With his physical strength, he can kill a lion with one punch and push Taiju to near unconsciousness. He also possesses lightning-fast reflexes, which enhances his hand-to-hand combat. His combat experience was evident when he took on Stanley's experienced military warriors and overpowered MMA champion Maya Biggs.
