As one of the most popular streamers on YouTube, Dr Disrespect has amassed a massive following on the platform. One of the reasons for his success since he started streaming full-time in 2015 was due to his iconic gaming persona. Sporting a jet black mullet, dark-tinted shades, and a red vest, the Doc is hard to miss. Very few times in his career has he broken character, so it was a shock when a fan recently managed to crack the Two-Time’s gaming alter ego.

The unusual incident happened at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas during UFC 269. Among the attendees was none other than star streamer Dr. Disrespect. During a break in the action, the streamer took the opportunity to grab a drink. However, he wasn’t prepared for what happened next.

While Dr Disrespect walked across the lobby drinking his beverage, a fan suddenly approached him and asked the YouTube streamer a pivotal question. “Hey, Doc! That’s not a gin and tonic. What are you doing?” the person asked while recording the encounter on their phone. Unexpectedly, this caused the Doc to break character for a moment, as he nearly spilled his drink and began to laugh. After taking a moment to compose himself, he turned towards the fan and responded. “You caught me off guard,” he said.

Unsurprisingly, this fan posted the once-in-a-lifetime experience on social media. Known as Patrick on Twitter, he said that meeting Dr Disrespect was an incredible moment. “Highlight of my night, meeting the 2x,” he said. However, he again joked about the streamer not having a gin and tonic.

Following this encounter at UFC 269, many fans of Dr Disrespect reacted on Twitter, including fellow YouTube streamer TimTheTatman. Known for regular ribbing each other on stream, Tim joked about the incident. “We just throwing back tall boy IPAs doc? Sheeeesh,” he said.

In addition to this clip, the Doc wasn't done making content at the fights. He also made a video for the UFC’s Instagram Story (this time in character). The video featured a close-up of the Two-Time talking about his back-to-back gaming championships in the 1990s. In addition, he noted that he was at UFC 269 and told his fans to “buckle in.” It seems that wherever Dr Disrespect goes, the spotlight follows.

This isn’t the only news regarding the star streamer. Besides this bizarre incident in Las Vegas, the Doc recently made a bold claim about Call of Duty: Warzone. After playing the new Caldera map, he came to some frank conclusions. According to the streamer, the content made him want to “throw up.” However, since making these comments, he has continued to play the battle royale.
