Season 14 of Apex Legends has already been out for over a week and has seen immense popularity among gamers. In fact, the launch of the new season of the battle royale has been so popular that the game recently broke its all-time concurrent player record on Steam. With so many gamers playing Apex Legends, it should come as little surprise that YouTube streamer Dr Disrespect, known for streaming first-person shooters, was among those diving into the action.

Dr Disrespect is no stranger to Apex Legends. Over the past few years, the Doc has occasionally turned to the title to provide content during his broadcasts. Unsurprisingly, Dr Disrespect has often been critical of Apex Legends, suggesting areas Respawn Entertainment could improve the experience. Recently, the fiery persona of the streamer was on display again after an unfortunate encounter against an opposing squad in a Ranked game.

During a recent live stream from August 17, Dr Disrespect decided to play some of Season 14 of Apex Legends with his fellow content creators, ZLaner and niko. While the trio had been playing the battle royale for close to three hours with little incident, things took a turn for the worse when the Doc was downed by a third party and subsequently killed on the Kings Canyon map.

After being sent back to the lobby in Apex Legends, Dr Disrespect quickly let his rage boil over as he took his mouse and threw it violently. After a brief pause, he took the mouse again and smashed it several more times against his desk, causing pieces of the gaming equipment to fly past the camera. In addition, the Doc’s mouse could be heard repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting to his computer as he said the game was “terrible” and “sucks.”

Following this outburst, Dr. Disrespect took the time to explain some of his issues with the current state of Apex Legends. Among his criticisms of Season 14, the streamer said that there were too many "distractions" on the screen, making it difficult to figure out what was happening in-game. “I have no idea what is going on,” he said. In addition, he demanded that the developers at Respawn Entertainment get rid of the Kings Canyon map.

It is worth noting that gaming rage is nothing new for the Doc. Over the years, Dr Disrespect has broken his controller and uninstalled titles such as Call of Duty: Warzone. However, he often returns to the games after he cools down. Time will tell if Dr Disrespect does the same with Apex Legends. If he does return, fans of the Two-Time could likely see more outbursts from the streamer.

Apex Legends is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
