It's a printed statement reading, "I have resolved my legal dispute with Twitch. No party admits to any wrongdoing." On the card is Dr Disrespect's logo, as well as his in-character signature. A pen rests on the printed statement. It's all very theatrical.
While it's inevitable that fans will continue bringing up the topic of Dr Disrespect returning to Twitch, this is a very firm conclusion to the issue. Dr Disrespect brought up a legal matter and it came to a legal conclusion, the kind that doesn't get reversed. All anyone can hope is that it's the best option for Dr Disrespect, Twitch, and all other parties.
