Gone from Twitch and back on YouTube, Dr Disrespect certainly seems to be living up to his cheeky name these days. The popular streamer has recently called the Call of Duty: Warzone season 2 update a terrible move, and is now poking fun at a fan, albeit in a lighthearted way.

For anyone not in the know, Dr Disrespect is the persona of a gaming streamer who often plays battle royale games on streams that can last several hours. It was just last year that Dr Disrespect was banned from Twitch under mysterious circumstances that are still unknown. Eventually the doctor returned to YouTube, where his streaming career began, and is currently streaming there three days a week.

The moment the doc takes a playful jab at a fan occurred at the 7 1/2 hour mark during a 10 hour live broadcast of the free to play FPS game called Valorant. Upon seeing that the fan in question had donated 99 cents during the stream, Dr Disrespect says, "Thank you for the 99 cents," and goes on to say, "Do me a favor, go buy some cream for your coffee next time." However, unlike a recent incident where Twitch streamer KillaMfCam was caught yelling at his son on camera, Dr Disrespect's coffee and cream remarks were all in good fun.

Though the doctor made it clear he probably doesn't need 99 cents, fans have speculated that the reason behind some of the lengthy broadcasts in recent days is because Dr Disrespect was banned from a Call of Duty tournament with a 100k payout. It is speculated that the reasoning for the ban is because the tournament is set to be broadcast on Twitch and the organizers don't want to risk including a player who is not allowed on the platform.

Whatever the reasoning for Dr Disrespect's long streams, they have certainly been providing fans with entertaining moments. On top of the coffee and cream remark, there is also the stream in which Dr Disrespect wore a bald cap, and several other streams filled with the doctor's hilarious, video game induced rage outbursts. Indeed, for any tournament related troubles the streamer might be having in the real world, they have not affected the quality of his streams in the least.

These days, with the mysterious Twitch ban largely behind him, and despite recent events in which Dr Disrespect had to return a puppy he adopted to the original owner, the streamer largely seems to be in good spirits. Now, any fans who want to grab the doc's attention for a brief moment and get in on the fun know they need only donate 99 cents to a stream and wait for the insults to roll their way.
