PC customization is something of an art form, in which talented people take the standard tower of a modern base unit and switch things up to give it a completely unique look and style. Take the gamer who turned their PC into a Victorian dollhouse, or the YouTuber who built a PC inside a mini fridge, as examples. Well, it's entirely possible that this next one will have the others beat, as someone has managed to create a custom rig shaped like the BFG from Doom Eternal.

In a video uploaded to YouTube recently, Nvidia GeForce has showcased the work of one Mark Celica of Mark's Fabrication, based in Taiwan. The brief interview with Celica demonstrates the inspiration they had from Doom Eternal, which led them to create the insane-looking PC that's shaped exactly like the franchise's famous demon-pulverizing weapon.

In the video, it shows the sheer work that has gone into the build, to the point that it doesn't even resemble a PC anymore, instead looking just like the weapon it's designed from. In terms of the specs, the PC uses a Nvidia RTX 3080 graphics card, as well as an Intel i7-10700k, 2 x 16 GB of DDR4, and a 1050W power supply unit. Perhaps the most interesting aspect is the fact that the unit's fans have been placed at the end of the "Big F***ing Gun" almost to emulate some sort of double barrel look. It is truly a sight to behold.

There are many crazy ways that people can customize their own PC rigs, making them look a million miles apart from the usual home computer towers that many have. Perhaps the most remarkable thing about Celica's build is that it actually pivots up and down, though the modder says that they would like to make some improvements to its lifting capabilities, and add a few more "machine elements." Outside that, Celica should be very proud of this incredible looking PC they've put together.

Given that the BFG is one of Doom's most powerful weapons, and certainly one of the biggest, it was only a matter of time before fans started creating their own versions in real life. However, perhaps very few people felt that it would be possible to actually build a complete PC inside one, complete with a lifting mechanism. It shows the capabilities that some very talented people having in the community, and it will be interesting to see what Mark's Fabrication will come up with next.

Doom Eternal is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
