It won’t be too much longer before gamers looking forward to Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be able to take part in the action-RPG’s Private Beta if they've pre-ordered the game or have been chosen to do so, as it's set to go live later this week. Now, in order to give players a better idea of the kind of content they will encounter once their Agent reaches the highest levels of the third-person shooter, Ubisoft has decided to release gameplay footage depicting endgame combat against the Black Tusks faction.

According to Massive Entertainment Creative Director Julian Gerighty, The Division 2 players should expect a real challenge once they encounter the Black Tusks faction, as it's the "hardest faction" the team has ever created. One reason this is the case is due to the fact that the organization is highly tech-oriented, using heavily armored robotics, drones, and BigDogs to turn the tide of a fight in their favor.

One way that The Division 2 players will be able to successfully combat such difficult factions as the Black Tusks will be through the use of endgame specialization classes, which will be built around signature weapons such .50 caliber sniper rifles, grenade launchers, crossbows, and more. Additionally, these unique loadouts will feature a new skill tree that will allow players to unlock specific talents and mods for a given specialization.

In addition to these endgame features, Gerighty also explained that The Division 2's raid is going to be "super hard", and it will require players to team up in a squad of eight so as to have a chance of completing it. In order to assist players in forming a squad, the development team will be implementing a clan system. Unfortunately, the Massive Entertainment Creative Director didn't go into explicit detail as to how it would work, but assured fans it will be "one of the most accessible clan systems" he has ever seen.

All things considered, it will be interesting to see how players react to The Division 2's endgame content included in the Private Beta, and whether or not it provides an ample challenge for those looking to have their skills tested. At any rate, we will simply have to wait until later this week to find out.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is scheduled to launch on March 15, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
