Before starting their engines, Disney fans can familiarize themselves with which characters are in Disney Speedstorm's Founder's Packs.

Standard Founder's Pack

Mickey Mouse

A name and a pair of ears synonymous with Walt Disney's brand, it simply wouldn't be a Disney product without Mickey Mouse. The prodigal son and face of the entertainment giant is a staple in the Founder's Pack as a main acquisition in all tiers of the early access packages.

Mickey Mouse falls under the Speedster character class, meaning players who favor being evasive and agile will benefit from Mickey's quick and crafty maneuverers in his black car.

Donald Duck

The other Disney icon included in all Founder's Packs is the mischievous and temperamental Donald Duck. Sporting the number 34 to denote his film debut, players can speed around the track with Donald's signature sailor's cap and semi-incoherent babbling.

Donald is a very popular personality from the Disney ranks and is no stranger to video game appearances, having featured in dozens of titles. Most recently, he was included in the cast of the popular 2022 hit, Disney Dreamlight Valley, which is also in early access.

Deluxe Founder's Pack

Mulan

Mulan first hit the screens in 1998 in a self-titled film that showed male and female audiences alike that women can be as fierce in battle as their male counterparts. Defying stereotypes and the wishes of her aging father, Mulan cuts her hair and disguises herself as a man to take her father's place against the threat of the Huns.

Mulan's iconic courage and combat intelligence have made her a well-loved character for generations, which sparked the live-action remake of the film. Given the popularity of the young warrior, it is no surprise she is featured in the Deluxe Founder's Pack.

Ultimate Founder's Pack

Captain Jack Sparrow

With an iconic swagger, an unmistakable smirk, and an unwavering love for rum, Captain Jack Sparrow sails into the cast of memorable Disney characters behind the wheel. The heart and soul of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, Sparrow's clumsy charm and crafty escapades are what make him stand out in the films.

Players can expect Sparrow's disregard for danger to prove useful on the racetrack, with his antics undoubtedly supported by a plethora of witty one-liners and plenty of tongue-in-cheek humor.

Hercules

Loosely based on the legend in Greek mythology, the fabled son of Zeus is primed to take the wheel in Disney Speedstorm. From the 1997 hit film of the same name, Hercules is a key feature of the Ultimate Founder's Pack.

Hercules famously managed to defeat a plethora of monsters and thwart the many plans of the wicked god Hades in his attempt to overthrow Zeus and rule Olympus. Given the many trials and obstacles that Hercules overcame to save his family and his love Meg, the god should have no trouble outpacing his rivals.

Additional Racers

Players who purchase any of the Founder's Packs will also be able to select 1 out of the following 6 additional racers.

Baloo

The lovable bear from the Disney classic The Jungle Book finds himself part of the "bare necessities" of Disney Speedstorm. Among the host of adored Disney characters throughout their history comes Baloo.

The big sloth bear is best known for befriending and mentoring the "man-cub" Mowgli and has stolen the hearts of children and adults alike for his laid-back, softly-spoken personality. While he is most at home lounging around with a snack or two, Baloo will find the motivation needed to get his car to the finish line first.

Mowgli

The "man-cub" of the classic film The Jungle Book is trading in his signature red loincloth for a more suitable racing suit as a member of the Disney Speedstorm roster.

A young orphan boy raised by wolves, Mowgli finds himself forced from his pack due to the threat of the tiger Shere Khan to live in the nearby human village. However, it was his determination to keep his wild side alive that found him in the company of Baloo the sloth bear. While Mowgli may not be an experienced driver, rest assured his steely determination will make him a formidable opponent on the tracks.

Belle

A beauty in the ballroom becomes a beast of her own on the racetrack, as Beauty and the Beast's main character Belle trades in a gown for a driving suit for Disney Speedstorm. Film fans were first introduced to Belle and her iconic yellow ball gown in the 1991 film that bore the age-old adage to not judge a book by its cover.

With a furry spouse and friends in the form of a candlestick, teapot, teacup, and clock, Belle won't be perturbed by the whacky variety of characters challenging her on the racetrack.

Beast

Once an arrogant and selfish prince confined to his monstrous form, the huge presence from Beauty and the Beast manages to fit his form into a car to establish himself as the prince of the road.

The Beast was once secluded in his castle in the company of his servants Lumière, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, and Chip until he is released of his curse by his true love, Belle. Despite his romantic ties to a fellow driver, don't expect the Beast to play favorites on the racetrack.

Elizabeth Swann

A once damsel in distress turned Pirate Queen, Elizabeth Swann is the epitome of growing through adversity. Her steely determination ignited a gripping character development that had fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean series witnessing her growth with each film.

Swann is an intelligent and courageous woman, as one would need to be in order to trick Captain Jack Sparrow and feed him to the Kraken. She will no doubt be a confident member of the Disney Speedstorm cast, off the back of her sharp survival instincts.

Li Shang

A headstrong military captain with an unmatched dedication to his people, Li Shang from Mulan is the final optional choice for players who purchase any of the Founder's Packs in Disney Speedstorm.

Shang's persona is characterized by his morality, evident in his sparing of Mulan's life after discovering her true identity, and his logic, which makes him an effective leader for his troops. Behind the wheel, players will expect Shang's calm and calculated demeanor will lead to success on the track as it has on the battlefield.
