Every character in Disney Dreamlight Valley, even the villains, have their own set of Friendship Quests that players can unlock by improving their Friendship Level with that particular character. In most cases, the series of Friendship Quests tell a story involving that character and their own personal efforts.
Since Ursula is a villain, all of her quests involve helping her get items and supplies she needs to perform questionable rituals and spells. One of her later quests, The Ritual, is also very similar as it has Disney Dreamlight Valley players running errands for Ursula to aid dubious ambitions. This guide will show players how to complete The Ritual.
Gather The Supplies
In the previous quest, Disney Dreamlight Valley players gave Ursula a strange flower. Now that she has had time to examine it, she needs help gathering materials for an experimental spell. For the first item, Ursula needs a Seashell from Moana. After getting the Seashell from Moana, Ursula will provide players with a list of other items that she needs. In order to craft the potion needed for the experimental spell, players will need to gather five Aquamarines, six Squids, and one Empty Vial.
Aquamarines can be found in Dazzle Beach and in the Forest of Valor. Since this quest requires a lot of Aquamarines, bringing along a Companion with the Mining Role will help this step go faster. Squids can be found in the Glade of Trust and the Forgotten Lands. In these biomes, Disney Dreamlight Valley players should keep an eye out for blue circles with bubbles in the middle as these are spots where Squids can be caught. Another effective method for catching Squids is to upgrade Moana's boat as that will result in getting more fish much quicker than if players just caught the fish themselves with their fishing rod.
Finally, players will need to craft an Empty Vial which requires three Glass to make. Once players have all the ingredients, they can craft the potion and speak with Ursula to proceed with the next part of the Quest.
Place The Flower
Ursula will use the potion that Disney Dreamlight Valley players crafted on the flower. After that, she will then instruct players to take the flower to the entrance of the cave where the Orb of Power was found. There, players will need to select the flower from the furniture tab of their inventory and place the flower just outside the cave. The flower will suddenly turn into a Night Thorn, and the next step of the quest will be to talk to Ursula about what happened. The news of the flower turning into a Night Thorn surprises Ursula. After which she dismisses players so that she can think and come up with another plan.
