This 5-Star dish can replenish 4,928 energy in Disney Dreamlight Valley and it also can be sold for 1,900 Star Coins at any Goofy’s Stall. Although it’s a decent sum of coins, it’s better to eat the dish at full energy to activate Well Fed rather than sell it. This way, players will become much faster while doing everyday activities like walking, gardening, fishing, and so on.

Lobster
First on the list is Lobster. This ingredient can only be found in the Glade of Trust, which requires 5,000 Dreamlight to unlock. It’s not by any means a small amount but still manageable nonetheless.
After teleporting to the biome, approach the waters and look for a golden ripple. Once found, use the Fishing Rod to fish out a Lobster. Any gold ripple requires four successful attempts to catch a rare fish.
Wheat
Wheat is arguably the easiest to obtain out of the five ingredients. After Helping Goofy set up his stall in Peaceful Meadow, it will become possible to buy materials from his shop. However, Wheat won’t become available until players pay some Star Coins in Disney Dreamlight Valley and upgrade the shop once. One bag of Wheat Seed cost one Star Coin.
Lemon
Luckily, Lemons can be found in two biomes; Glade of Trust and Forest of Valor. This is possible by paying 5,000 and 3,000 Dreamlight respectively. Unlocking Remy as a character and opening his restaurant is a crucial step towards acquiring Butter. This ingredient can only be purchased from Remy’s restaurant for 190 Star Coins.
Garlic
Garlic can be found as a plant in the Forest of Valor. Only 3,000 Dreamlight are needed to gain access to this biome.
