A player of Disney Dreamlight Valley has created a charming dress design based upon the aesthetic of Lisa Frank. The Disney Dreamlight Valley dress is quickly gaining popularity among fellow players and those who are nostalgic for the 1990s.

The name Lisa Frank may not ring any bells for younger gamers, but at one time, it would have been difficult for someone to go to a stationery store or school without seeing a Lisa Frank product. The brand got its start in the late 1970s, but surged in popularity during the 1990s. The brand always featured colorful, sparkly, nearly psychedelic-like artwork focused on cute animals and mythical creatures, and the designs appeared on everything from stickers to Trapper Keeper binders. Now, one fan of Disney Dreamlight Valley has taken advantage of the game's customization options and made a dress based off of the classic Lisa Frank look.

Reddit user itskerchie shared an image of their design with fellow players and has received a lot of praise since. The dress is colored in bright shades of pink and purple, and covered in paw prints, a rainbow, musical notes, and a tiger: all common themes seen on classic Lisa Frank artwork. The creative fan's Disney Dreamight Valley character also looks like she belongs in a piece of Lisa Frank art, with bright pink pigtails, white and rainbow highlights, and plenty of sparkles and decorative adornments.

Fans have been quick to chime in, expressing their appreciation for the design. Many noted that it did an excellent job of recreating classic Lisa Frank art, while others got nostalgic about their own Lisa Frank products back in the 1990s. While Lisa Frank products are still in production today, the classic items can be quite expensive to find via resellers, so creating something new that's reminiscent of Lisa Frank is a great way of celebrating the art without breaking the bank.

This is far from the first creation in Disney Dreamlight Valley that's revived nostalgia for years gone by for fans. The fans have been hard at work basing dresses off of a wide variety of characters and themes. While Disney has appealed to many generations, it's not a big surprise that so many 1990s kids have taken to the game. The company experienced what's been referred to as a Disney Renaissance throughout the 1990s as films like The Little Mermaid, Mulan, The Lion King, and Aladdin all released during that era. Many kids who grew up with some of Disney's best offerings are now playing Disney Dreamlight Valley because it celebrates so many of the characters who originated during that time.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now in Early Access for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S.
