While helping Ariel settle in at Disney Dreamlight Valley, she’ll mention that Eric was last seen with Ursula. To find out where he went, players must become good friends with the Sea Witch. Also, Forgotten Lands have to be unlocked for 15,000 Dreamlight. Otherwise, Ursula’s Quest won’t begin.
How To Save Prince Eric In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To save Prince Eric in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Saviors need to reach Friendship level 10 with Ursula. After that, the Poor Unfortunate Prince Quest will be triggered, which results in the reunion between Eric and Ariel.
How To Max Friendship Level With Ursula
As players already know, Ursula can’t walk on land, which means that it’s impossible to hang out with her to earn easy Friendship EXP. Additionally, the Sea Witch doesn’t have a Companion Role like other normal characters in Disney Dreamlight Valley, which hinder the process of becoming her friend, as there's no special activity that gives bonuses.
The best method is gifting her Favorite Things of the Day that change daily, and then expensive gifts like rare Gems collected from late-game areas like Frosted Heights and Sunlit Plateau. That’s because the more expensive the gift is, the more Friendship EXP it rewards. Repeat the same steps until Ursula becomes Friendship level 10 and A Deal With Ursula Quest begins.
How To Complete The Poor Unfortunate Prince Quest
Once Ursula’s last Friendship Quest is completed in Disney Dreamlight Valley, she’ll finally return Prince Eric to players, but as a poor unfortunate soul. To break the curse, talk with the Great Wizard Merlin, who suggests a solution. Players must:
- Build Eric a castle that costs 10k
- Collect something precious from his house, such as the Flute
- Let Ariel call his name three times while giving him a true love's kiss
As soon as all requirements are achieved, Prince Eric will return to being human.
Next, he asks Saviors to cook him three meals to help him recover some Energy and meet Ariel. These dishes are:
Gazpacho
- Cucumber from Frosted Heights
- Onion from Forest of Valor
- Tomato from Dazzle Beach
- Any Spice, like Oregano from the Plaza or Basil from Peaceful Meadow
Vegetarian Stew
- Potato from Forgotten Lands
- Carrot from Peaceful Meadow
- Onion from Forest of Valor
Berry Salad
- Raspberry from Plaza or Peaceful Meadow.
- Blueberry from Forest of Valor or Dazzle Beach.
- Gooseberry from Frosted Heights or Forgotten Lands.
After receiving the three meals, Prince Eric will head toward Ariel to talk with her, concluding the Poor Unfortunate Prince Quest. Eric will now become a companion that’s available in the valley.
