Different biomes in Disney Dreamlight Valley allow players to catch different fish and, while this gives a variety to the relatively simple mechanic, it can put some recipes out of reach.

How to Make a Crispy Baked Cod in Disney Dreamlight Valley
As with other meals in Disney Dreamlight Valley, in order to craft a Crispy Baked Cod players need to head to their nearest cooking station. This could any stove such as the one within Chez Remy (if players have brought Remy to their world) or the one within a player's own home. Either way, once within the cooking menu, players need to use one Cod and one Wheat in the pot in order to craft this meal.
The resulting creation would normally be a fish sandwich in Disney Dreamlight Valley but, because the fish used was a Cod, it becomes a Crispy Cod Sandwich. This two-star meal can be sold for 47 or more Star Coins (depending on the number of ingredients) or used to restore 337 energy or more.
Where to Get the Ingredients for a Crispy Baked Cod in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Cod is the vital ingredient to this meal in the game. Unfortunately, this fish species can't be caught until players progress to the point where they can purchase new biomes. In order to spend this experience currency in the game, players need to purify the Tower of Friendship in the Peaceful Meadow by achieving a level 5 friendship with at least three characters. After this, they can use Disney Dreamlight Valley's Dreamlight currency to remove the thorns blocking the southern beach.
Cod can only be found in Dazzle Beach, the Forgotten Lands, and the Glade of Trust. Of these options, Dazzle Beach is by far the cheapest to unlock costing just 1,000 Dreamlight. This is followed by the Glade of Trust (5,000 Dreamlight) and the Forgotten Lands (15,000 Dreamlight). As with similar fish dishes in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players just need to cast their rods in the circles in the ocean until they come up with their first Cod.
Wheat is an easier prospect, even for beginner players of Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players can purchase Wheat outright at Goofy's stand in the Peaceful Meadow, plant Wheat seeds and grow it themselves, or find Wheat seeds while clearing Night Thorns in the Peaceful Meadow and main center of town.
