A Disney Dreamlight Valley player has come across an annoying issue while trying to arrange the design of their home. Gameloft's life sim allow gamers to decorate their houses however they wish. There are plenty of options when putting together a home in Disney Dreamlight Valley, making each one unique to every player.

There are many ways to obtain decorative items in Disney Dreamlight Valley, which includes Scrooge McDuck's store. Designing their home is one way that can help a gamer's playthrough be unique to them, helping make it one of a kind. Despite this, there are a few difficulties that players can come across while decorating their house.

A Redditor known as Tokiak posted a GIF that displays one of the issues that gamers can come across while setting up decorations in their Disney Dreamlight Valley home. In the clip, it is shown that the player is trying to place a stained-glass window over their fireplace. However, the user cannot get the piece to line up right with the fireplace. As they move the window around, it will not sit centered and has a bit hanging off of the side. It can be a bit frustrating, especially when the end result would look great in the home.

It seems that Tokiak is not the only one who has come across trouble decorating their home, as the post that they put up now has over 1,700 upvotes. One commenter stated that it feels as if every item has a grid of its own when it is being placed, which they find frustrating. Another user mentioned that they sympathize with Tokiak, as it drives them crazy trying to align a chair with a table correctly. It seems to be a common problem that many have encountered trying to decorate various parts of their Disney Dreamlight Valley towns.

It is a shame that a game like Disney Dreamlight Valley has the problem that Tokiak has encountered. One of the main features of the title is the ability for players to design a home and personalize it, making it look however they wish. Hopefully this is an issue that will receive a solution in the near future since it takes away from one of the main aspects of the game. Until then, gamers will unfortunately have to put up with decoration placement that does not line up right and find unique ways to get their town to look the way that they want using the items that are provided.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
