While Disney Dreamlight Valley fans may earn cosmetics based on the Disney heroes in the game, one of the key issues is preventing them from effectively customizing their avatar. Because these players have reported their issues to Gameloft, the developers behind the game are already working to address each problem so that the next update rolls out will include a number of solutions.
Included in the announced update for Disney Dreamlight Valley are fixes to changing clothes and Error 7, in addition to improvements to Dream Shard frequency and Founder's Pack claiming. The developers behind Disney Dreamlight Valley also noted several improvements to quest progression tied to unreachable, missing, and unrecognized items that can often hinder players from getting to the next step of their adventure. Though Gameloft hasn't confirmed an official day for this patch to release, the developers have stated that a date will be set in the next week or so.
The Nintendo Switch port of Disney Dreamlight Valley will be seeing far fewer crashes with the next client update which may make it an even bigger download on the hybrid console. For any fans that haven't seen their issue mentioned, beyond the aforementioned fixes coming to Disney Dreamlight Valley, Gameloft has confirmed that the team has noticed other things to make better in the next patch as well. While Disney Dreamlight Valley fans anticipate the smoother gameplay experience coming in the future, those that encounter Error 7 can find a temporary solution in changing the time zone on their machines.
Although Gameloft stated multiple quest improvements will be made soon, some Disney Dreamlight Valley players voiced frustrations with tasks like With Great Power, A House Fit For a Duck, and Merlin's storyline. Several players also took to the developer update to express enthusiasm for the new title, including some fans that lament various aspects of their experience like Disney Dreamlight Valley cloud saves.
