Disney Dreamlight Valley has gone from strength-to-strength since its debut in 2022, adding a host of characters, costumes, locations and aesthetics to keep players enthralled and entertained. Updates occur frequently, with new content added every few months, encouraging gamers to return time and again.

One of the currencies in Disney Dreamlight Valley are Moonstones, which can be used to buy all manner of additional content in the game. One way to unlock Moonstones is by completing missions on the Star Path. These side-quests usually have a theme, and allow the player to unlock anything from clothing designs to outfits and even, in the most recent Path, actual Disney World rides. Here are some themed Star Paths fans would like to see in the future.

10 Disney Channel Originals

One of the magical things about Dreamlight Valley is the way that it captures the current Disney trends and taps into nostalgia simultaneously. This means that fans of all ages can get as much as possible from the content.

A fun Star Path idea would be Disney Channel Originals. Tapping into the 1990's/early 2000's heyday with designs based around Lizzy McGuire, Doug and more. A highlight would definitely be a Kim Possible outfit.

9 Summer Holiday

The themed Star Paths don't always need to be quite so franchise-specific. Over Christmas, there was a festive-themed pathway that allowed for a broad range of content to be unlocked and purchased. With summer fast approaching, a 'Summer Holiday' Path might be perfect.

Imagine gamers having the opportunity to turn their Valley into a lovely summer holiday tourist destination. There could be ice cream stalls, the option for Disney-themed sandcastles on the beach, and perhaps some cute beach outfits.

8 Under The Sea

With the new The Little Mermaid set for release, an ocean-themed Star Path might capture the hype and give gamers the chance to access related material not currently available elsewhere.

Disney has a wealth of ocean-related content, not just from the aforementioned The Little Mermaid, but also with Finding Nemo. A Star Path of this ilk might grant players the chance of unlocking an aquarium for their home, or the chance to turn their house into a sea-themed cavern.

7 Fantasy

Fantasy and Disney do certainly go hand-in-hand, to a larger or lesser extent depending on the era. Another broad one, this might allow the game's producers to share some love for the lesser-loved Disney classics, such as the underrated The Black Cauldron.

There could be options to unlock sword-and-sorcery outfits, the chance for gamers to make their house more medieval, and perhaps even an actual 'Sword and the Stone' that could be placed out in the valley. Next to Merlin's house, perhaps?

6 Retro

Nostalgia has never been more popular, and a love for all things retro is big business. Having a 'Retro' Star Path would give players a chance to access a wealth of fun material that harkens back to a time before they were even born.

There might be alternative, old-school outfits for Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Minnie, as well as costume motifs based on the Oswald character (the pre-Mickey Mouse). Maybe a future update might even enable the actual, physical designs of the 'Big Disney Four' to be adjusted to how they looked back in the day.

5 Pirates Of The Caribbean

Both the ride and the movie series are hugely popular, and a pirate-themed Star Path would certainly be a hit with fans. There are obvious choices for material, such as the chance to unlock pirate outfits, and treasure chests for the home.

Further to that, for larger Moonstone money, gamers might be able to 'pirate-up' some of the Valley residents. Eric's ship (from The Little Mermaid) was recently available as an actual house design, so maybe Captain Jack's 'The Black Pearl' could be a future option?

4 Villains

Everybody loves a villain, and a Star Path specifically aimed at Disney's rogue gallery could be a huge success. Gamers might be able to unlock outfits inspired by Cruella DeVille and Captain Hook, and access pets in the shape of some of Disney's most memorable minions.

House-wise too, there could be material to add to the wealth of stuff available during the Halloween Path last year. More thrones and cauldrons, spooky windows and maybe even some skeletons inspire by The Horned King's army.

3 The Nightmare Before Christmas

The biggest Disney cult classic of all, Dreamlight Valley is crying out for some The Nightmare Before Christmas-related goodies. The outfit options alone would be spectacular, from Sally's pacthwork dress to Jack's stripy suit. Zero could be an unlockable pet option.

Beyond that, imagine gamers having the chance to pepper the Valley with spooky trees and gates lined with pumpkins on spikes. And surely Dreamlight Valley needs its very own graveyard, complete with an ethereal mist.

2 Alice In Wonderland

An Alice In Wonderland Star Path would add much quirkiness to the Dreamlight Valley world. Gamers might be able to unlock silly sign posts, mushrooms and flowers with faces to sprinkle over the Valley, which might in turn attract a few bread-and-butter flies.

Outfit-wise, Alice's dress would be a must, and for the house or garden gamers could have the chance to create their very own Mad Tea Party, complete with the table and chairs, and broken cutlery.

1 The Haunted Mansion

One of Disney's greatest attractions, a Star Path based around The Haunted Mansion would be amazing, particularly in regards to what gamers could unlock for their houses.

Everything from the darkly humorous portraits at the start of the ride to adorn player's walls, to floating chandeliers, wallpaper and carpet, and even a restless graveyard for the garden – the opportunities are endless. For a larger sum, gamers might even get the chance to turn the outside of their home into the Mansion itself.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
