In late August, TikTok star, Twitch streamer, and adult entertainer Marrissa "Digitalprincxss" Cloutier was arrested and charged with "Neglect of a Child Without Great Bodily Harm" after neighbors allegedly spotted her 5 year old son outside in their yard, alone and crying at night. Individuals on social media got ahold of the police report and spread the information online, resulting in Digitalprincxss releasing a now-deleted video addressing the situation. Following some severe public backlash, Digitalprincxss set her social media channels to private and left TikTok, with her last video uploaded on August 19.

According to a report by News-Press, the State Attorney's Office of the 20th Judicial Court decided not to file felony charges against Digitalprincxss "due to insufficient evidence." This reportedly took place on October 4, but Digitalprincxss is just now making her return to TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms with a video that's already sparking plenty of controversy itself.

In the police report detailing Digitalprincxss' arrest, she allegedly told police offers that she had only left her son home alone for a short time so that she could run to a nearby 7-Eleven and buy laundry detergent. The police report explains how the arresting officers were suspicious of this story because Digitalprincxss was supposedly wearing a black dress and had full make up, plus the laundry detergent bottle was said to be "half empty." According to the police report, Digitalprincxss then admitted she had actually went to a friend's house 11 miles away.

In the new Digitalprincxss TikTok video, she alludes to the details of the police report. The video itself has been filmed outside of a 7-Eleven, with Digitalprincxss wearing a black dress and make up similar to the make up seen in her mugshot. The video is set to the song "GOOBA" by rapper 6ix9ine, specifically the lyrics that say, "You're mad I'm back, big mad. He's mad, she's mad, big sad. Haha, don't care, stay mad. Ah-hah, ah-hah, ah-hah." In the video, Digitalprincxss mouths these words and dances in front of a green lamborghini, with the caption of the video asking viewers what kind of wrap she should get for the car.

Green text bubbles at the beginning of the video explain that the case against Digitalprincxss has been dismissed and that Digitalprincxss will release a full statement on the situation come Friday, October 22. Some fake Digitalprincxss TikTok accounts have cropped up in her absence, so one of the text bubbles clarifies that Digitalprincxss has not "made any alternative accounts." Another says, "Thank you to everybody who dragged my name."

The reaction to the video has been overwhelmingly negative, with the comment sections on TikTok and Twitter flooded with people who are upset about how Digitalprincxss decided to make her return. That being said, there are over 80,000 likes on the TikTok return video at the time of this writing, so it seems others aren't bothered by it. Needless to say, it will be interesting to see how the performer handles her return to other platforms; her Twitch streaming schedule claims that she was hosting Just Chatting streams and playing horror game Layers of Fear this past week, but it's possible that the schedule is displaying outdated information.

This isn't the first time that Digitalprincxss found herself in legal trouble. Digitalprincxss was once known as Pokeprincxss, but Nintendo allegedly threatened legal action against her if she didn't rebrand her online persona.
