When the Digimon Adventure reboot was announced, fans of the original were stoked. As such, it came as a huge disappointment when, just three episodes in, the show had to be postponed as a result of the Coronavirus. Now, it has been revealed that the show will resume airing on June 7th.

Since Digimon Adventure was cut off just three episodes in, the show will begin its re-airing with the first episode again on June 7th. Following a weekly schedule, it should be around June 28th before any new episodes (episode 4) air. Still, this will be good for those that may have missed the first three episodes initially.

It seems that the world of anime, film, and television may be ready to return, as it was revealed that Avatar 2's filming would resume as well. Additionally, Japan has recently lifted its state of emergency, which explains why more anime is getting worked on lately.

This is likely one of the first of many anime that will be announcing their returns in the coming weeks, as in certain places of the world things seem to be returning to normal slowly. Fans should keep an eye out for any further news about Digimon Adventure.
