In the Diablo 4 beta, players will be able to experience some of what this upcoming game has to offer. They can level to 25, take on some challenging battles, and unlock various items for each of the available classes. One of the many things that beta players will get for playing the game for the weekend can be a super cute little furry buddy that they can carry around on their backs.

This wolf pup, cradled in a backpack, is available to anyone who plays the beta to a certain point, either in the Diablo 4 Early Access Beta weekend or the Open Beta weekend.

There are only three things that players can unlock in the two Beta weekends and bring with them to the full game. There is the adorable wolf pet and two Titles. Other progress will not be carried over to the full release of Diablo 4 in June. The two Titles that will carry over to the full release are:

  • Initial Casualty Title: In order to get this Title and keep it for the launch in June, players will need to reach Kyovashad, the capital of the Fractured Peaks Diablo 4 open-world location, with any one character.
  • Early Voyager Title: This Title will be earned by anyone who reaches Level 20 on any one character, regardless of which Diablo 4 class players choose to start with.

The Beta Wolf Pack Cosmetic item is earned by reaching level 20 on at least one character during the Early Access Beta weekend starting March 17 or the Open Beta weekend starting March 24.

Once level 20 is reached, the cosmetic will unlock. Unfortunately, players won't get this pup right away. But it will appear in the player's inventory upon full release of the game in June, allowing players to wear this fuzzy pup all throughout the hellish journey to take down Lilith in Diablo 4's story.
