With only a few weeks left until the launch of Diablo 4, many fans of the franchise will be pleased to learn that changes are coming to the Treasure Goblins before the game is released. After the recent Diablo 4 Server Slam, this news will come as some relief for those who experienced trouble with the creatures.Through the years, the Diablo franchise has kept a solid following of fans, which has made the anticipation for the release of Diablo 4 quite strong. Although there are many fans still excited for what's next in the Diablo franchise, a beta event back in March caused concern and uproar from some players who were plagued with server issues and an overall experience that was difficult to enjoy. However, after the Server Slam event for Diablo 4 a few days ago, it appeared that many of the issues were thankfully resolved and reception was much more positive, but some players still experienced a few bumps in the road that left them concerned for the state of the game at launch. Thankfully, an update from a Diablo 4 developer brings some good news.RELATED: Diablo 4 Player Defeats Ashava SoloOne player who participated in the Server Slam voiced their concerns in a tweet to Diablo's SVP and General Manager Rod Fergusson about the state of the Treasure Goblins, the creatures players can kill for loot. The player claimed that despite killing over 20 Treasure Goblins, there was never any legendary loot dropped, and only two cosmetics. Other frustrated players who experienced this issue will be pleased to know that the issue has been fixed for Diablo 4's launch, according to Fergusson.

Replying to the concerned player via Twitter, Fergusson stated that the developers for Diablo 4 are well aware of the Treasure Goblin issue and have already made the necessary fixes to the problem. With there now only a few weeks until the game's launch on June 6, it seems that the team behind Diablo 4 is rushing to make sure everything goes according to plan for the release.

After a successful Server Slam for Diablo 4, it appears that the developers behind the game have been working overtime to make sure that the game's launch doesn't repeat the same mistakes as the March beta. When it comes to beta events, player feedback can be instrumental in fixing a game's problems, so it's nice to see that the developers appear to be using this feedback to make Diablo 4 as great as possible.

Diablo 4 will be available on June 6 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
