With the original version of the game technically being over 20 years old, Diablo 2: Resurrected has legions of dedicated fans, with some having continuously played the original title since its first release. One dedicated fan is getting love from the community for showing off their incredible custom PC build, sporting impressive components and themed entirely around Diablo 2: Resurrected.

Vicarious Visions' ambitious redux of Blizzard Entertainment's legendary Diablo 2 officially launched one week ago. The game is a full HD remaster of the original, and has largely been a success so far. However, the game hasn't been without a plethora of issues, and is currently being review bombed on Metacritic.

Posted onto the r/Diablo Reddit page, a user by the name of SpecVengeance showed off their completed Diablo 2: Resurrected custom PC build. The roughly minute long video open up with a shot of the front of the tower, which flickers on the game's fiery logo in orange and red. The camera then pans to reveal the interior, which could make any hardcore Diablo player drool. Along with plenty of orange, yellow, and red lighting, viewers will see the hilt of El'druin, The Sword of Justice acting as a GPU support. Most of the wiring appears to dock into a replica of The Horadric Cube, the transmuting item found at the bottom of Halls of the Dead.

The custom-built Diablo 2: Resurrected PC also boasts an array of high-end components. A Ryzen 5 5600x CPU, Alphacool watercooling, and ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 video card are just some of the many parts that make up this impressive-looking PC. It actually isn't the first time SpecVengeance has shown their creation, showing off the Diablo 2: Resurrected PC mid-build a few weeks ago. Its difficult to notice any major cosmetic differences on the first pass, but PC gamers should be able to pick out the subtle changes made between a few weeks ago and the final product.

The PC is nothing short of extremely impressive, but it isn't the only custom Diablo 2: Resurrected build making headlines. One dedicated fan built a custom Diablo 2 arcade cabinet, fully functional to play the beloved isometric ARPG. The entire cabinet is covered top to bottom primarily in the original Diablo 2 artwork, with the creator dedicating the build to the defunct Blizzard North, a former subsidiary of Blizzard Entertainment and the developers of the original game.

Even though Diablo 2: Resurrected has only been out for a week, thousands of players have already logged countless hours in the game. Players are already asking when ranked Ladder will start, a fan-favorite mode especially among veterans.

Diablo 2: Resurrected is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
