Two of the best demon hunters in the business are returning in Devil May Cry 5. And while audiences are still waiting to see what changes Dante has gone through since the last game, Nero got some time in the spotlight back at E3 2018, where he showed off a deadly new robotic arm that is replacing his Devil Bringer. Curious how he made the switch? The origins of this new upgrade will be be disclosed later this month at PAX West.

At a special panel dedicated to Devil May Cry 5, director Hideaki Itsuno and producers Michiteru Okabe and Matthew Walker are making their way to PAX West to discuss the upcoming title. Among their topics of discussion is Nero's "Devil Breaker" arms, which many fans got a peek at during the game's premiere trailer at E3 2018. Those wanting to hear what's next for the series shouldn't miss this panel, appropriately named "The SSStylish gameplay of Devil May Cry 5."

Also making an appearance in the new title are Dante and a mysterious third character, who hasn't been revealed yet. Dante is shown prominently in the game's artwork, but also made a brief appearance in the trailer, where he was riding a motorcycle and sporting longer, shaggier hair - something not all fans were entirely pleased with. Capcom producer Matt Walker commented on Dante's new look, saying that the style the studio decides for him will ultimately be the right choice, adding that he's confident fans will feel the same way.

Anyone absolutely dying to try out the game will get their chance sooner than they think. It was confirmed shortly after the trailer premiered by the game's creator, Hidaeki Itsuno, that a playable Devil May Cry 5 demo is in the works. Last month, it was announced that the demo will be available to the public this August at Gamescom 2018. However, its content, length, or who will be playable wasn't disclosed. We should know more as we get closer to the event.

Those who aren't planning on attending Gamescom can rest assured that the demo will likely begin circulating to other gaming shows soon after.

Devil May Cry 5 is scheduled to release at some point in spring 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
