As if it needed to be said at this point, there's no doubt that Destiny fans are some of the most resourceful and creative fans out of all of the video game franchises on the market. Speaking of which, yet another Guardian has put together some fresh fan generated content, as the Redditor known as Nuclearsheep has created a House of Wolves cinematic cutscene that's meant to work as an epilogue to the DLC for the science fiction shooter.

As seen below in Nuclearsheep's cinematic cutscene, the Redditor tried their hand at animating a scene based on the game's grimoire card "Queen's Ransom," which involves the capture of Skolas, Kell of Kells, which occurs after Guardians complete the House of Wolves story mission. With the Destiny boss subdued, Skolas sits in a cage awaiting the judgment of Queen Mara Sov of The Reef while Prince Uldren comments on the situation as Variks acts as an interpreter and intermediary.

Considering the fact that Nuclearsheep put together this Destiny cinematic on their own without any official codes or builds of the environments or characters, it's quite impressive how the Redditor managed to pull the cutscene together. Not only did they stay faithful to the story of the Queen's Ransom grimoire card, but also the music, animations, and voice acting from the likes of Rachael Massey (Mara Sov), Shaun Giblin (Uldren Sov), and Tanner Johns (Variks) make the scene feel like it could have been included in the actual game.

Of course, one of the major complaints that Destiny fans had about the action-RPG was its lack of a fully comprehensive story in the game, as players mostly had to rely on grimoire cards in order to totally piece the plot together. When one takes Nuclearsheep's creation into consideration, though, Bungie could have easily eschewed the use of grimoire cards by instead making short cutscenes to fill in the gaps in story.

At any rate, with Destiny 2 on the way, it's quite possible that Bungie has learned from its past mistakes and will be taking a more proactive approach to including better story elements in the sequel. With any luck, fans will learn more about what's to come before its release later this year with some kind of announcement at E3 2017.

Destiny is available now for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
