The pseudo-raid known as the Prophecy Dungeon introduced in Destiny 2 has been the subject of tons of fan content since Season of Arrivals in the form of guides, lore dives, and homages. One player has recently taken this inspiration out of Bungie's MMO and into the popular title for fan-made creations, Planet Coaster, in order to show their appreciation for this unique activity.

This most recent recreation results in an experience that mirrors the multi-step process of completing the Prophecy Dungeon from Destiny 2, only without the threat of being blasted along the way. Created by Reddit user Il_Exile_lI, this build is the result of hours of work spent going through ever section of the activity to the best detail available on Planet Coaster.

The roller coaster starts by taking the player through an incredible recreation of the Traveler's Ship before seemingly teleporting them over to the strange realms of The Nine where the rest of the Prophecy Dungeon takes place. Then it takes players through each encounter one-by-one, with recreations of taken knights fighting in both brightly lit and shadowed areas, followed by the boss fights that appear between puzzles. For players who have been following along with Destiny 2's seasonal updates since before Beyond Light released, it's an interesting imitation of a highlight of the game from the last year of new content.

According to a Reddit post where Il_Exile_lI shared a video of this new roller coaster, the creator claims that this build was the result of over 160 hours of work in Planet Coaster. However, as is often the case for the most interesting roller coasters made by players, this one also has a tendency to kill riders, due in part to it reaching upwards of 14Gs in certain sections of the recreation. Considering how it's trying to recreate the speed players move through Destiny 2's Prophecy Dungeon, it makes sense that some areas are a bit too much for regular riders to handle.

There are few limits to how far players will go to show their appreciation for Destiny 2 and activities like Prophecy Dungeon that fans have grown so attached to. This type of fan-creation is exactly the reason that Bungie continues to host the "Movie of the Week" special in every weekly blog to shoutout these players that go above and beyond with these types of homages. Some fans commenting on the video and gathering around the Reddit post have expressed that they think that Il_Exile_lI should be in the running for this achievement this week.
