This weekend, Xur is selling what is perhaps the best Titan exotic in Destiny 2, and players who have a Titan character will surely want to pay the merchant a visit before the next weekly reset. Destiny 2 players won't have to go far to get the top-tier One-Eyed Mask roll that is being offered, as Xur is stationed in the Tower Hangar this weekend.
One-Eyed Mask was added to Destiny 2 in the Forsaken expansion, and it was quickly discovered to be one of the best exotics in the game, especially in PvP. The One-Eyed Mask's exotic perk is called Vengeance, and it marks any enemy that damages the player. If the player wearing One-Eyed Mask is then able to track down that enemy and defeat them, they will gain increased damage, health regeneration, and an overshield.
Despite a nerf to One-Eyed Mask back in March, which reduced the length of time Vengeance is active and changed the health/overshield regeneration that is granted, the exotic has still remained one of the best, if not the best, exotics in the game for Titans. Additionally, the roll that Xur has this weekend is one of the best that players could ask for.
First off, the roll comes with a Mobility/Recovery stat. In the second column, it has Pulse Rifle Targeting, Pump Action, and Enhanced Hand Cannon Targeting. Hand cannons, such as The Last Word and Austringer, are very dominant in PvP right now, alongside pulse rifles and shotguns, so this roll has some great flexibility for players.
The third column contains Linear Fusion Rifle Reserves and Special Ammo Reserves. Linear Fusion Rifle Reserves is not a very good perk, but that matters very little, as players will want to select Special Ammo Reserves. This will give them more ammo per pickup, in the Crucible, for top-tier weapons like shotguns and sniper rifles.
Other than One-Eyed Mask, Xur does not have gear worth picking up this weekend, unless players are trying to complete their collections with Huckleberry, Winter's Guile gauntlets, or Stomp-EE5's boots. Players have until the weekly reset at 10 a.m. PDT on August 6th to get to Xur and pick up the One-Eyed Mask.
