Except for its initial reveal, there has not been much shown of Destiny 2's fall expansion, Shadowkeep. But, as part of a charity stream, developer Bungie gave fans a sneak peek at two Legendary weapons that will be coming as part of the Shadowkeep expansion.

The first Destiny 2: Shadowkeep weapon previewed, as concept art, was a fusion rifle called Dreambreaker, and Bungie community manager DeeJ said that it "perhaps lurks somewhere on the lunar surface, perhaps points beyond or below." The second weapon revealed was a heavy machine gun called A Fine Memorial. Going off the weapons' designs, and DeeJ's comments, it is likely that these will be weapons that players will find in connection to the expansion's main destination of the Moon.

The fabric wrap and coin ornamentation on the weapons look to match the hand cannon that Eris Morn wields in the Shadowkeep reveal trailer, so these weapons could be earned from Eris Morn, similar to other destination vendors, or perhaps they could be connected to an unannounced activity that takes place on the Moon. These were just glimpses at concept art, so additional information, such as where to find them and what perks they may have, will remain a mystery until Bungie reveals more.

The sneak peeks of these two weapons were part of Bungie's stretch goals for raising money as part of the annual GuardianCon charity stream, organized by the Destiny community. These stretch goals were reached extremely quickly during Bungie's four-hour stream block, with Bungie eventually earning $400,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Bungie is set to reveal more details about Shadowkeep over the course of summer, as the fall release of the expansion comes closer; however, the developer did reveal major changes coming to the Eververse Store in September with the launch of Shadowkeep.

Destiny 2 is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version in active development. Destiny 2: Shadowkeep releases September 17, 2019 for Google Stadia, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
