A Destiny 2 fan has created a "sexy" version of Emperor Calus - the boss of Leviathan, the game's first raid.

The artist, u/TheMaestroNoob, has been making waves on the Destiny 2 Reddit recently as a respected purveyor of gender swapped raid bosses from Destiny. Past work includes a "sexy" Atheon and Oryx, from the Vault of Glass and King's Fall raid, respectively.

While Oryx and Atheon at least had some manner of slick design to work with, the artist here had their work cut out for them. Emperor Calus, the exiled former leader of the Cabal empire, is themed heavily around excess and gluttony. While beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Calus certainly wasn't lining up to star in any provocative photo shoots.

The art comes as part of a last hurrah for Calus, as the Leviathan raid is about to be retired (so to speak) with the onset of Forsaken. The new expansion will add a new raid in the Dreaming City, and leave behind everyone's favorite planet-consuming den of over-indulgence and Cabal excellence.

The response to this artwork has been about the same as most of these artwork posts. Many fans are getting a chuckle out of everyone with clever wordplay, puns, and generally tongue-in-cheek ribbing on the source material. Highlights from this particular piece of artwork include "Grow thicc from strength," "Calus was already sexy u coward," and several requests for artwork of Omnigul, Aksis, Golgoroth, and more.

The artist has not confirmed which character they're going to be tackling next for their series of "sexy" Destiny art, but their track record so far should have fans believing that another entry in the series is nearly inevitable. When it's finished, it'll most certainly up on the r/DestinyTheGame Subreddit and the artist's DeviantArt for all of the Destiny fans who, apparently, really want to see it.

Destiny 2 is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
